I personally own the Samsung front loaders and so far so good.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;One thing is that I would never recommend buying a new top loader just for the amount of water they consume per load. A 10 year old washer can take up to 20 gallons per load (4-5 gallons per cycle) whereby many HE machines only require 2 gallons. This is extremely significant from an environmental point of view.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/349948438771019643/4741680650567882433/comments/default/5440868226910190547'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/349948438771019643/4741680650567882433/comments/default/5440868226910190547'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.theworldofwashers.com/2008/08/frontload-washers-i-would-buy-myself.html?showComment=1217900400000#c5440868226910190547' title=''/><author><name>Random Royalty</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/04082146293209220671</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img2.blogblog.com/img/b16-rounded.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.theworldofwashers.com/2008/08/frontload-washers-i-would-buy-myself.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-349948438771019643.post-4741680650567882433' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/349948438771019643/posts/default/4741680650567882433' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-540287319'/></entry></feed>
