I loved it up until a month-and-a-half after buying it. The frustration began when I tried to wash a microfleece-style blanket. I used the bulky setting which the manual says is for comforters and blankets. Well, it threw the machine off balance and I could not get it to reset. I had to drag the soaking wet blanket out of the washer, which created a watery mess. I then put it in the dryer, making my drawer work overtime to get it dry. I called the Maytag company about this, and the only response I got was that I can&amp;#39;t wash comforters or blankets in the machine. Talk about false advertising! I haven&amp;#39;t washed any blankets since then.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fast forward to March or April. Now when I wash shirts and shorts, and after drying them in the dryer, I come up with splotches all over my shirts. I&amp;#39;ve tried putting stain lifters in the detergent cup, Oxipowder for HE-type washers, used the extra rinse, to no avail. Also, with my previous older washer, I could use GooGone spray on stains on my shirts with no problem. Not on the Bravos. All it does is leaves a greasy-looking spot where I sprayed on the stain. I&amp;#39;m at my wit&amp;#39;s end here, as my shirts look awful!! Do you think you might know what&amp;#39;s going on here?</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/349948438771019643/3843231672263768892/comments/default/7925533405244248460'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/349948438771019643/3843231672263768892/comments/default/7925533405244248460'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.theworldofwashers.com/2009/07/reader-mail-f1-on-maytag-bravos-rears.html?showComment=1275863699704#c7925533405244248460' title=''/><author><name>Emassaro</name><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.theworldofwashers.com/2009/07/reader-mail-f1-on-maytag-bravos-rears.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-349948438771019643.post-3843231672263768892' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/349948438771019643/posts/default/3843231672263768892' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
