  2. couldn't see the video, but hey at least you got service. I've been into BB many times and NEVER can flag a blue shirt down for help. I just make sure to do the research first and know what i want

  4. So maybe I won't buy it at best buy, but I am thinking about picking up a new washer. After looking at these LG WM2301HW review I am thinking about this model. Any thoughts?

  6. Get a Bosch, Whirlpool Maytag or Speed Queen. LG is a nightmare.

  8. Yeah, I've had bad service from best buy too. Go to Costco instead, they are very flexible with their returns.

  10. Best buy is definitely not known for their service. The don't even have the "best" price. They mark everything up, and most of their brands are a lower version. I'm not sure why people shop there.
