I am a former retail/builder appliance sales professional. I entered the industry in 2002 working the floor for a regional appliance/home electronics retailer. I worked there for two years before quitting to go work for a smaller, more upscale competitor.
In the four years I worked in the industry, I managed to gain a lot of knowledge about appliances. I do not profess to be an expert, nor do I claim to know everything. I just hope to be a guide to those who may have questions.
